近日，SEG SAP項(xiàng)目（Smart4us）第二階段藍(lán)圖細(xì)化里程碑匯報(bào)會(huì)在集團(tuán)總部（鄭州）和SEG（斯圖加特）連線順利召開，這標(biāo)志著公司全球數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型正式邁入提速深化期。
ecently, the milestone review meeting for the Phase II Blueprint Refinement of the SEG SAP Project (Smart4us) was successfully held via a virtual connection between the Group Headquarters (Zhengzhou) and SEG (Stuttgart). This marks the official entry of the company’s global digital transformation into an accelerated and deepened phase.
自項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)以來(lái)，集團(tuán)總部與SEG全球團(tuán)隊(duì)深度協(xié)作，聚焦“流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、運(yùn)營(yíng)高效化、架構(gòu)一體化、區(qū)域適配化”，推動(dòng)數(shù)字化建設(shè)從“功能搭建”向“價(jià)值創(chuàng)造”進(jìn)階，為全球化戰(zhàn)略與數(shù)字化建設(shè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展鋪設(shè)路徑。
Since the project launch, the Group Headquarters and the global SEG team have collaborated closely, focusing on the goals of "process standardization, operational efficiency, architectural integration, and regional adaptation". They have driven the evolution of digitalization from "function building" to "value creation," laying the groundwork for the coordinated development of global strategy and digital initiatives.
會(huì)議上，相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)展、階段性成果、存在問(wèn)題及下一步重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)匯報(bào)。截至目前，第二階段核心任務(wù)——“全球模板建設(shè)”已全部完成，包括to-be業(yè)務(wù)藍(lán)圖細(xì)化、速贏實(shí)施方案、數(shù)據(jù)遷移方案以及外圍系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃等，為第二階段“開發(fā)及技術(shù)方案”里程碑奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
During the meeting, relevant leaders provided a detailed report on the project’s implementation progress, phased achievements, existing challenges, and key priorities for the next stage. As of now, the core task of Phase II – the "Global Template Development" – has been fully completed. This includes the refinement of the to-be business blueprint, quick-win implementation plans, data migration plans, and improvement plans for peripheral systems, all of which have laid a solid foundation for the achievement of the Phase II "Development and Technical Solution" milestone.
作為SEG Smart4us項(xiàng)目的核心載體，“全球模板建設(shè)”具有重要意義：一方面，通過(guò)流程、數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，為公司優(yōu)化全球運(yùn)營(yíng)效率、降低管理成本筑牢數(shù)字根基；另一方面，SEG全球模板的成功落地，將為集團(tuán)后續(xù)全球模板的搭建提供可復(fù)制、可推廣的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，成為支撐公司全球數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)的關(guān)鍵基石。
As the core vehicle of the SEG Smart4us Project, the "Global Template Development" holds significant importance:
On one hand, through the standardization of processes, data, and application architecture, it strengthens the digital foundation for the company to optimize global operational efficiency and reduce management costs.
On the other hand, the successful rollout of the SEG Global Template will provide replicable and scalable practical experience for the Group’s subsequent development of global templates, serving as a key cornerstone to support the company’s global digital operations.
此次會(huì)議既是對(duì)項(xiàng)目第二階段藍(lán)圖細(xì)化成果的總結(jié)，更是公司數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型從“藍(lán)圖規(guī)劃”邁向“落地見(jiàn)效、價(jià)值釋放”的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。后續(xù)公司將以Smart4us項(xiàng)目和集團(tuán)總部S4項(xiàng)目為牽引，依托數(shù)字化技術(shù)重構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)流程與管理模式，在全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中搶占技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與管理升級(jí)的雙重先機(jī)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入新動(dòng)能、開啟新篇章。
This meeting not only serves as a summary of the achievements in the Phase II blueprint refinement of the project, but also marks a crucial turning point in the company’s digital transformation—shifting from "blueprint planning" to "implementation with tangible results and value release". Going forward, the company will take the Smart4us Project and the Group Headquarters’ S4 Project as drivers, rely on digital technology to reshape business processes and management models, seize the dual opportunities of technological innovation and management upgrading in global competition, and inject new impetus and open a new chapter for the realization of high-quality development.
